Chris J. Profeta, R.A.

Christopher Profeta is a Florida-based Senior Architect registered in Arizona, Florida, New York, and Texas. He is also a building contractor and master carpenter with more than 33 years of experience in all phases of project planning, design, management, and construction. His diverse background includes projects involving high-end custom homes, waterfront properties, high-density residential buildings, commercial structures, industrial and medical facilities, churches, country clubs, historical buildings, and food establishments. He is experienced in the structural design of reinforced concrete, steel, and wood buildings and is well-versed in the application of International Building Code, ADA, and design specifications of ACI, AISC, and NDS for concrete, steel, and wood, respectively. Mr. Profeta is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate’s degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale.

Raymond K. Nunamaker, Jr.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Raymond Nunamaker, Jr. is a Senior Technician based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has more than 30 years of experience using AutoCAD to produce construction documents relating to the architectural and engineering fields. Specializing in roofing design, Mr. Nunamaker has served as project manager for roofing and building envelope restoration projects in multiple states. His responsibilities as project manager have included roof and building envelope evaluations, remediation recommendations, budgeting, design, bidding, award, construction supervision, inspection, and construction closeout. He is a Certified Infrared Thermographer – Level 1, CSI-certified Construction Documents Technologist (CDT), and Pennsylvania Asbestos Building Inspector. Mr. Nunamaker earned an Associate’s degree in Specialized Technology: Architectural CADD from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute.
